The Influence of Transformational Leadership Style and Work Culture on Employee Job Performance at SMKN 1 Plosoklaten, Kediri Regency
Abstract
The propose of study is as whether a relationship and influence between the Transformational Leadership style and Work Culture on the Work Performance of Teachers and employees in SMK Negeri 1 Plosoklaten Kediri, which variable is the most influential or dominant between the Transformational Leadership style and Work Culture Towards the work performance of teachers and employees at SMK Negeri 1 Plosoklaten, Kediri district. The sample of research as respondents is 65 employees. The variables used are Transformational Leadership Style, Work culture. And the dependent variable Work Performance Based on testing conducted by multiple linear regression, it is evident that the Transformational Leadership Style variable and work culture variables have a significant effect on work performance simultaneously (together). Then the most dominant variable in this study is the Transformational Leadership Style variable that has a strong influence on the Work Achievement of teachers and employees at SMK 1 Plosoklaten Kediri.
